Take 500g as a benchmark for calculation.
The fee for the first 500g is $23, every additional 500g adds $ 6.
For example: if your goods weights 2000g (500g+1500g), the shipping fee you should pay is $41($23+$6*3).
Notes: If the length, width, height for the goods, any one is out of the range of 60cm, you should multiply the three numbers, then divide the number you get by 8000 to calculate the shipping fee. If the shipping fee calculated by the weights of goods exceeds the calculation way by volume, we will use the weights to calculate the shipping fee.
For example: Your goods weights 3300g, but the weight for the volume method is 4000g, then we will use 4000g for calculating shipping fee. The shipping fee should be $65 ($23+$6*7). Vice versa.

I was in a state of shock when I received your email.
I just confirmed with manufacturer. They checked this order again and they told us that they send us the wrong type of wigs.
This wig have two types. Legenth: 30cm ; Legenth: 45cm
Left: 30cm Right: 45cm
Once again we sincerely apologize for this issue.
I just make a refund this order.
I did not scam you. This is my fault that I sent the wrong item.
At the first time the package was lost due to the incomplete name. We resend it again.
We are very sorry that we send the wrong items this time.
We are very sorry that the color won't be 100 same with the picture on the computer.

After I tried to buy once and waited for a month my package couldn´t get delivered because the seller messed up my adress (even tho I paid with paypal and therefore they got my correct adress) I had to wait and re order. Today I got my package and the wigs don´t look like in the picture at all. I ordered 2 of these Miku like wigs in blonde. The color is way off and the lengh is maybe half of what the pictures are. Also the quality is totally messed up with short pieces in he pigtails. I hope I can get my money back. I will never buy for this website again!!.

Very nice wig, I received it quickly and the quality is comparable to the DD Hatsune Miku wigs, I have Sakura Miku and the wigs are very similar. The fibre is less shiny and looks more natural. I got the blue color
